These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including Clients, Freelancers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Freelancers applying to join must meet TGP Brand Studio’s vetting criteria, including expertise, experience, and professional portfolio.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and update your information as needed.

4. Services for Clients

  • Clients can browse and purchase services offered by vetted Freelancers on the Platform.
  • Payment for services must be made in full via the Platform before project commencement.
  • Refunds are governed by the Platform’s Refund Policy (see Section 8).

5. Freelancer Terms

  • Freelancers must submit an application to join the Platform. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of TGP Brand Studio.
  • By joining the Platform, Freelancers agree to deliver high-quality services as described in their offerings.
  • Freelancers are responsible for ensuring their work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.
  • Payouts for completed projects will be processed through the Platform, subject to applicable fees.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Circumvent the Platform by engaging directly with Freelancers or Clients outside of TGP Brand Studio.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform’s content, design, and functionality are owned by TGP Brand Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant TGP Brand Studio a limited license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Clients may request a refund if the Freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the project’s completion date.
  • TGP Brand Studio reserves the right to mediate disputes between Clients and Freelancers.

9. Fees and Payments

  • TGP Brand Studio charges a service fee for connecting Clients and Freelancers.
  • Freelancers agree to the Platform’s fee structure, which will be communicated upon acceptance.
  • All payments must be made through the Platform’s secure payment system.

10. Termination

  • TGP Brand Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • TGP Brand Studio is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between Clients and Freelancers.
  • The Platform is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Privacy Policy

  • By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to Terms

  • TGP Brand Studio may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
